Local grass raised beef in the Raleigh area. We have been producing beef cattle for over 30 years. Cattle are maintained on rotational pastures. We deliver your steer to local certified processor, confirm the cut sheet is to you specifications, and you pickup your beef when ready. We only sell whole or half beef. Our average steer dresses (hanging weight) out at 490 lbs for whole beef. You pay $6.75 per lbs with no additional cost for basic cut requests. We take 25% deposit and remainder is due before pickup. Visits to our farm is by appointments only.
